Welcome to the website of Heckmondwike Players!

We are a group of enthusiastic amateurs who endeavour to put on professional shows for the enjoyment of the public - as well as ourselves! Rehearsals for the main show begin around October and go on through the winter. The show runs for a short week (Tues to Sat) in March the following year. Sometimes we put on a play or short show in the Autumn, depending on availability of actors, scripts etc. Not this year, unfortunately as we have had restrictions put on us re venues etc, but we are holding "A Christmas Cracker" in December. Full details on the NOTICES page.

In between shows we hold a variety of fund-raising events organised by our social committee. These are always fun to attend and we strive to offer our members a wide variety of functions/activities. For details go to the FUNDRAISING page.
